    These are the two transactions as they appeared on my credit card. 4/28 & 5/3/23

    These transactions were totally falsified against my will. I saw an ad for a Creseut pot on FB that was supposed to be for $9.99, and was led to believe I would receive the pot. It was stated all I had to do was pay $9.99 for shipping in order to receive the pot. The next thing I know my debit card is charged $9.99, and I'm signed up for this Fitness Plan Direct that I never agreed too. I want this $9.99 refunded back to my card, and this fraud account closed immediately. If this is not done ASAP I will notify the Better Business Bureau and let them know how you falsify accounts, and take credit card information against their free will. And now upon looking again, on my account I see a charge in the amount of $109.88 pending deduction. I want this money along with the initial $9.99 returned back immediately. If this is not returned and the account closed ASAP further action will be taken.

    My credit card was charged 3 times from this company without my knowledge. I have been attempting to get in touch with someone to get the charges reversed. Without any response my emails are not going through. I will be filling a fraud report with my bank .

    Scam, asked for shipping charges for a Martha S****** sweepstakes, took out 9.99 and then took out 109.88 unauthorized (a monthly charge) I am unable to contact them in any form.

    I entered a sweepstakes for La Creuset Cookware, was only supposed to be $9.99 shipping which was debited on 4/24/2023.

    My bank contacted me regarding a possible fraudulent charge of $109.88 from Fitness Plans Direct. I have no idea who this company is. Now, I have to close my account and get another one. What a pain in the backside, changing auto pay, etc because of this SCAM COMPANY.

    On this date 04/26/2023, Fitness Plan Direct 2 attempted to withdraw $109.88 from my cash app account without success but I don't want them to try again later. I have signed NO contracts applied for no credit nor tried to get any kind of service plans from this place. I've never heard of them before and have not asked for any trial period for service.

    I was scammed by this company under the another company name stating they were selling cookware pan and cookbook for shipping only ...found out that was a scam and today they are trying to debit my account for $ 109 and change !! So they are attempting to steal my money only they couldn't because my card is locked !

    So the original advertisement was for a cookbook and free cookware on twitter from Miranda L******. Pay $9.99 shipping. So they charge my card $9.99 and then say it’s an entry for a drawing for the cookware which is not what they said in the video advertisement. I try to go to the website but it won’t let me. Then it says I can log into Fitness Plans Direct but that site is fictional as well. I have temporarily deactivated my card so they can’t charge me anymore. But they need to be shut down and monies need to be given back. Totally lies and scamming innocent people.
