      I bought hearing aids from them but they did not work well and I had some pain upon their installation. (See the attached for further details.)

      We regret that we were unable to resolve the customer care and hearing aid fitting issues to the patient's satisfaction. As customer satisfaction is our top priority, we will issue a refund as requested. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate the feedback, which will help us improve our services in the future.
