      This complaint is against the All-Out Plumbing and Mechanical LLC, located at *** ******** **** **. for the installation of a water heater that is not compatible for manufactured home application and the damage of my drywall without proper restoration.

      This complaint includes:

      1. Heater is at least 11 yrs old and was described in the job invoice as brand new, and was asserted as new by the service staff at the time of installation.

      2. This heater is not compatible with the existing manufactured home set up. A Direct vent for manufactured home applications should have been installed.

      3. T N P was not connected until the handyman told me (owner of the household) it is a necessary safety set up. so I called the company and was finally connected. Almost a year had passed.

      4. Heater is not coded or inspected at the time of installing, and was never inspected by the authority.

      5. Calcium deposits found on top of the heater due to leak and continue to build up over the time.

      6. During the installation of the water line, the All-Out staff cut holes cut on my wall and the company told me that they don't know how to do drywalls. I have to hire a drywall expert to patch them up now.

      This incompatibility was confirmed by different plumbers, my handyman, **** ******** ******** *** ******* and their subcontractors. Such business practice is not just deceptive, but potentially endanger the client's safety since it is a gas furnace and thus may have health related consequences.

      I Hereby, request reimbursements from All-Out Plumbing and mechanical to compensate the cost that had been paid to **** ******** ******** *** ******* for the replacement of a new compatible gas heater and the repair of the drywall.

      These reimbursements include:
      A. Water heater installed by **** ******** ******** *** ******* cost $2596.50. Already paid.
      B. Drywall repair $540.94

      Total reimbursement is $3137.44

      I do not want to have further contact with ALI-Out Plumbing and Mechanical due to distrust. I am an elderly person and have no knowledge of plumbing. It was with good faith that the job will be professional and honestly done. However, it turned out to be otherwise.
