  Back in November of 2023 my furnace went out, it was expected since it was 20 + years, I worked with ****** and it was decided and agreed by me to also replace my air conditioning unit. Back in the end of May, early June I had issues with a pipe leaking. I called and they came out and I thought it was fixed. I ended up calling three more times before the end of July. Come to find out the installation wasnt done correctly, as there was an issue with the electrical box outside. The pipe was also relocated when that wasnt even the issue.The last time this happened I called ******, he said hed call me back but I never heard from him. I asked the tech and his boss who ended up showing up to have *****************, he never did. I finally had the correct work done on 7/30. I asked the tech to have them email me a summary of the work done and again to have ****** call me, as of today 8/7 Ive yet to receive the email or phone call.

  This is a follow up regarding my 8/7/24 post. I did speak with the sales representative and he did provide me with the documents Id originally requested. He did work with me on a resolution to ensure the issue has been taken care of.

  A few years ago I came home on a Friday night and found my water heater went out. I called Daniels because I used to be their ***********. They wanted to charge me $3500 to replace my water heater. Told them no and they said they would do it Monday for half the price. Again said no and called a coworker. He suggested calling the engineer at our work. He came over Saturday and did it for 400 for the heater. Wanted 100 for labor but I gave him 200 for him and his son because. I would never recommend Daniels for anything unless you want to get screwed

  This service call was 3 years ago. We do have additional charges for after hour emergencies. Our technicians will always quote for work prior to doing work and ultimately the customer makes the decision to proceed or decline. The price of our replacements included warranty, permits, and inspections.

  I want to replace my 2 bathrooms faucets, so I called Daniels Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. I talked the the customer service. I asked her if how much they charge for putting the faucets. She said "69 dollars". I asked her, "Is it tax included?. She said "Yes". *****************! I said. So, I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. The plumber came on my scheduled appointment and he checked the 2 bathrooms and gave me an estimate for ****** plus *****=492.02 total. I was shocked! I told him, I thought 69 dollars. What happened? He said, they have a new hire customer service so, they don't know what the real cost is. I canceled the appointment and called my neighbor to do the plumbing situation in front of him. But the worst one is: I need to pay ***** for dispatch fee-plumbing. I was scammed. I called BBB to complaint. And I called the company about it. They denied what they told me so, I was furious. After a minute or two, the manager called me. But I did not answer.

  We appreciate your feedback. Its standard to charge a dispatch fee that covers the trip and diagnostic. Repairs are addiotnal and quoted by our technicians. We apologize for the misunderstanding.

  Five Star Rating! We had a weekend emergency, toilet waste line clogged with tree roots and broken valve at toilet tank, with out-of-************ coming for the Thanksgiving holiday. HELP! We tried four local Plumbing companies all stating in their ads 24 hour emergency service 7 days a week, don't believe it. Half did not bother to call back, one referred us to another company that told us they don't do residential on Sunday and the other scheduled appointments, missed appointments for almost two days, we canceled that one. We knew nothing about ******'s plumbing, but called, they answered, they scheduled, they arrived on time! **************, ****** was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and had everything fixed within an hour. He pulled out the mother-of-all tree roots from the sewer line, sealed the gap when it entered and treated with salt to stop reoccurrence. I highly recommend ******'s Plumbing and Heating as well as ******. We will definitely call them first next time. ********

  Terrible experience with ******'s Heating and Plumbing. They are great at installing systems but don't know how to repair them very well. Had them come out to do a repair and they started to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced. After 2 attempts at the repair they send out 3 techs to try and repair the ** And still unable to fix it properly. Beware of ****** the HV** tech as he will talk down to you and disrespect you in your own house. Finally told them to leave as I wasn't willing to have them keep replacing parts that did not need to be replaced at my expense because to this day my HV** system still is not working properly. Called to talk to someone that could make things happen and was told I would get a call back the following week and 2 months later still no call. Gave them plenty of time to make it right but they don't value their customers. Ask questions and make sure they are competent enough to do the work *************** them.
