      My problem with this company began on 27 October (Saturday) 2022 when a tech from the company arrived to diagnose why our furnace was not working. He said it needed a new circulation pump and that he would order one but it would not be until the following week before it would arrive. I called the following Wednesday but no one answered the phone and the voicemail box was full, so I couldn't leave a message. Later that week I finally got through to the company and they told me they were waiting for the part, that there was some problem with delivery. So I was told it would be next week sometime. Meanwhile we still had no heat. On Thursday the following week a company representative called and asked me to take a picture of the part because they had lost the purchase order. A tech from the company finally showed up on 17 November 2022. We'd been waiting for heat for 19 days by then! He simply installed the part but still the furnace would not function and he couldn't figure out why. He told me I'd need a whole new furnace and gave me an estimate at over $9000! I called another heating company and they came to look over the furnace. Turned out the problem was simply a broken water valve in the garage and was quickly repaired for $250. Supreme Heating and Cooling then kept sending me a bill for $740 which they claimed was a 30% discount. They fixed nothing, and all total their techs spent a total of 2.5 hours at my house, but they were charging 5 hours labor. We spent a total of three weeks without heat and during much of that time it was impossible to talk with anyone at the company. I reluctantly agreed to pay $500 for the part and its installation which I now regret. I should also note that Supreme Heating is now located at 11933 Menual Blvd, NE Albuquerque, NM 87112
