- Refund and Exchange Policy
Hand made(hand woven, hand knotted) rugs are exchangeable but not refundable. Exchangedrugs must be for rug(s) equal to or greater than the price of the original rug.Any discontinued rugs or sale rugs that are no longer being made; all sales onthose are final. Custom order rugs in special sizes, custom designs, specialcolors or logos added are not exchangeable or refundable. Any returned rug mustbe in original condition and normally returned within two weeks of receipt. Returnshipping charges are paid at your expense. Restocking fee may apply. Bear inmind that these are handmade rugs made in Pakistan, India or Afghanistan thattake time to make, they are not factory made. Not all selections or sizes areavailable at any given time. Natural wool colors and dye batches may varysomewhat from shipment to shipment. Each rug is unique. There may be a wait fora replacement rug as these are hand made rugs that only come in a few times peryear. Custom order rugs require payment in advance. Shipping and rug pads are normally billed after the rug arrives in New Mexico.
For Consultations: 24 hour notification required for cancellations; appointment fee charged for missed appointments. For on-line consultations, payment is made before the scheduled appointment starts.
