I would strongly advise anyone not to do business with this company. They TRANSPORT CLIENTS who need supportive living services in a vehicle (or vehicles) that is NOT INSURED. A female employee in one of their company-owned vehicles, a gray Dodge Caravan, ** license plate 108 WBN, backed into my car at ***********, ***********, **, on November 9, 2022 at 11:30 am MST. I was sitting in a parking space with my car off when this happened, waiting for my elderly neighbor to finish getting her mammogram. The driver hit me hard enough to rock the car back and forth several times. I turned to look at the license plate and then quickly got out of my car. The employee put her car in drive and drove away quickly, looking at me as she fled the scene. So, she HIT AND RUN me while I was sitting in my car in a parking space. ****************** looked up the license plate and it was registered to this company but NOT INSURED. My agent called the company and the receptionist referred her to the owner and gave my agent his number. My agent tried calling him several times and his voicemail box was full. So, if you want to do business with a company that has no car insurance on their vehicles and also hires people who hit and run other vehicles, then this is your company. Otherwise, look elsewhere for supportive living services. From their website http://www.oslllc.com/index.php ....on the home page: "Established in March 2009 and built on family values, Onyx Supportive Living uses the philosophy of Invitation to Responsibility, helping individuals with various disabilities." And, an excerpt from their mission statement: "Dedication to building a family oriented environment for all members of OSL will be the priority. We value honesty, self-motivation, respect, passion, accountability and diligence as the core qualities of each individual associated with OSL." What a JOKE.
