***** was an awesome home inspector, and I would recommend him to anyone requiring inspection services. *** is thorough in their work, and I also appreciated *****'s patience as I followed along and asked questions throughout the inspection. I feel much better educated about not only the specifics of my home, but buildings in general. The inspection report helped ** negotiate a substantial seller credit at closing, which was an added benefit to the experience! Great services, and I continue to reference the inspection report regularly as a guide for ways to fix and improve my new home. I couldn't recommend Ace Home Inspection and Warranty more highly.

Jerry did an amazing job with our home inspection. His report was detailed, easy to read/understand, and full of pictures. As everyone knows- a picture is worth a thousand words. His report was so detailed it helped leverage an additional price reduction with the seller. When you take into consideration that a well-done home inspection can save you money both when purchasing a home and repair headaches in the future, you realize that a good home inspection pays for itself. Lastly, he provides a home warranty on all inspected items (from roof to HVAC), which I am not aware any other company offers. That is an additional level of safety and peace of mind and the cherry on the sundae!Ace Home Inspections and Warranty, LLC
