    Beyond Inspection did an inspection of our house for sale. The inspector was extremely picky, which a buyer might appreciate, but he included things that were his suggestions as a required repair as opposed to something that didn't meet code. Most importantly, he stated there were no ** detectors and inadequate smoke detectors, which is not correct. He broke a sewer inspection cap, which is obvious from a picture taken before he did the sewer inspection where it was fine, and also broke a light fixtrure in a storage area again with an earlier picture showing it was fine, To cap it off, he pulled the refrigerator from the wall in the guest house, why I have no idea, and left it in the middle of the room, and took off two access panels, one for radiant heat distribution and one for plumbing acsess and did not replace them.

    We have no record of an inspection with ******* *****. If we had done this inspection, I would hope that the client would have contacted us directly in regards to all the items of concern that were listed. I don't believe any of my inspectors have done an inspection this badly, but would certainly have been open to anyone reporting these concerns.

    Beyond Inspections made the inspection process very easy from the person that answered the phone to the inspector that met us at the home. We really appreciated the communication and the explanations provided by the inspector. The prices were what we expected to pay for the services we received. We even got the inspection report the same day! We highly recommend this company if you are about to by a home! Thank you.
