      At the time of delivery, I was given one regulator and one portable oxygen bottle. I was assured that another bottle would be delivered within the week after discharge. After attending church and my follow up appointment, I am nearly out of oxygen. When I telephoned to determine when I could expect that delivery, I was told they only make deliveries to my community on Mondays. Unfortunately, yesterday was a holiday and I did not receive the delivery. I am told I must wait until the following Monday, or someone must drive 65 miles to have the bottle refilled. This company didn't care about my problem despite being prepaid before they left their equipment. They will not refund the payment even if they failed to provide the service contracted for. The case manager from **** recommended them but clearly didn't know about the poor rating and comments they have received. This was a terrible experience for a first-time oxygen user. I would never recommend anyone use this company.

      After sending an updated prescription request to the wrong physician 6 times - to someone I neither heard of nor used as my doctor - they decided to bill me instead for oxygen equipment. They refused to submit the bill to my ******** advantage insurance company because A&R representative insisted that I did not have an appropriate prescription. They keep billing and calling for payment. They are annoying and difficult to communicate with. So, deciding to do their job for them, I sent the claim to the insurance company.And the insurance company processed the claim and approved it. (Perhaps I should bill them for my time.)They are rude and ignorant of the process. One must be proactive in dealing with this company. The other problem is with the equipment. I had to return the regulator for the portable oxygen unit several times. Each time they tried to say that I was not using it correctly, only to realize that their regulators were faulty. Rather than waste money on the copay to this company it is worth the peace of mind to purchase a portable unit and receive the reimbursement yourself.My third issue is with the equipment they use for the walking test needed to prove medical necessity for portable oxygen. I have always questioned why their results showed my oxygen absorption to be much lower than any other test done in a hospital or in my physicians office. They only did this test once (several years ago) as all others were done by a physician but their results were quite different. They do the test and supply the equipment! This has just been an ongoing question in my mind so I write this comment without any proof or accusations.

      One of the saddest companies to work for or with ...The people that run the place are snakes, the place is slowly falling apart with cockroaches and mold. They are only worried about the numbers not the people as stated by senior manager ***************************. They will not take the proper time to work with people whether it's staff or customers. I've never been so ashamed to work for a company before. The owner is too busy going on vacations to worry about the business and allowing staff to be harrassed and when they ask for help senior managers *************************** and ***************************** just make a joke of it. Like thier business it's just a joke they can not even keep a Human Resource staff. Hopefully they have been reported to the state, BBB ,fire department and FTC.

      This company continues to call and harass **** and their patient regarding an order that the patient did not request nor did they approve. This has been going on since the beginning of May 2023 and the patient as well as the patient's doctor's ****** has continually asked A &R to stop contacting us to sign an order for medical supplies. We have placed this request in writing and have asked this company over the phone to stop harrassing everyone about the order.
