      When I first received equipment, the company lied to me regarding my co-pay, telling me there would be no payment required from me at all. Then they started sending me invoices, and when I complained they insisted that they had disclosed the payment amounts -- which they had NOT. I paid them -- reluctantly -- and have completed ALL payments, and now they're continuing to send me invoices which I DO NOT OWE. Their customer service is atrocious, and they care about nothing except profit.

      At the time Ms ****** received the equipment we provided to her, her insurance benefits were explained that her insurance plan covers 100% of claim with a monthly $20.00 copay. It was printed on the invoice she signed and took a copy of with her. Her insurance company policy states that her equipment is paid over a 13 month rental which would have a $20.00 copay due each month.  Multiple emails were exchanged explaining the benefits every time patient received a statement.

      Her insurance was billed and paid according to the benefits she has. She was told she should call her insurance company so they can clarify her benefits. In addition, explanation of benefits were sent by her insurance company showing the $20.00 copay, patient portion due. The patients rental fee ended 9/2022 I have credited a balance of $37.28 on the patients account and we have mutually stopped further shipments of anything further to Ms. ******.

      There was not "Lying" or "only caring about profit". We billed a prescribed item to meet the need of the patient. We billed the item at a contracted price to her insurance company and collected the fees according to the patient's plan.  We explained the patient co-pay numerous times.

      I am sorry the patient felt as though we conducted ourselves in a manner of deceit, but we processed her account according to her insurance plans term.
