  great service! They remodel our kitchen which was really old. Not only they did a great job, but they also transform the kitchen better than expected. Poulin biggest asset are the employees from design to installation. My wife is not happy, she is delighted with the result. Overall a great value for the final result.

  We were very pleased with our shower renovation and the Poulin team. We had good communication, the workmen were fastidious and kept our house clean, then cleaned up nicely. I would recommend them.

  ***** ******* was our designer for both our bathroom remodel projects. ***** made the process very easy for us. I like that everything we needed was in one showroom. ***** helped us realize our dream bathrooms. He listened to us and helped us make choices. All of Poulin’s staff from the person who greeted us to installer were very professional and helpful through the entire process. Thank you Poulin design center!

  Great ***************** Truly a one stop shop for all of your home remodeling needs. They even have home decor and a nice coffee shop. We would recommend Poulin to anyone looking to update their home.

  Extremely Disappointed with Bathroom Remodel Experience
  I regret to say that choosing Poulin Design for my bathroom remodel was one of the most unfortunate decisions I have ever made. The contract allowed only three days for cancellation, and had I known what was to follow, I would have reconsidered immediately.
  From the start, the contractors displayed a complete lack of respect for my home. Tools were carelessly placed on furniture without any protective covering, and I had to personally point out misaligned fixtures that had been installed without proper measurement. Additionally, a wall was damaged during the process, and rather than addressing the issue professionally, they simply patched it up to conceal the mistake.
  Beyond the poor craftsmanship, several items in my home were damaged. The window mesh was torn, and both the sink and toilet were left scratched. Furthermore, during the first few days of the project, my home was filled with the smell of marijuana due to frequent smoke breaks taken by the workers. This was completely unacceptable, and I had to address it directly.
  The overall workmanship was sloppy, and despite spending $16,000, I am left with a remodel that falls far below expectations. I deeply regret not heeding previous reviews, and I will never hire this company again. For anyone considering a home renovation, I strongly advise seeking a more reputable and professional contractor.

In regards to your concern about the smell of an illegal substance, I can assure you that all of our employees are held to high standards and are routinely drug tested. We take such matters very seriously to ensure the safety and well-being of both our employees and customers. To make such a serious accusation based off an assumption is considered defamation and we ask that you modify/remove this from your ********* regards to your concern of workmanship, we have deliberated on strategies for enhancement, recognizing that even after 43 years of delivering remodeling services in ***********, there is always room for further training and improvement. We scheduled our *************** Manger to come out and meet with you, in which we addressed your concerns and you are now happy with your bathroom and we hope that you will enjoy it for many years to come.

  The whole team is professional and pleasant to work with. I am happy with my bathroom remodel; and the quality of their workmanship was top notch. There were some scheduling delays due to availability of the materials, but they were very communicative about this and they managed the expectations from the start.

  The biggest issue was that Poulin had changed the placement of where the solar panels were going to be and didn't inform us nor ask us if we were ok with that. The other part of that problem is that we have a pitched metal roof and we replaced the section of roof where the solar panels were originally going to go. So, installation day came and Poulin is installing them on a different area of the roof. My husband and I discussed with Poulin this issue and came to the decision that we would keep the solar panels on the new area (since they already drilled holes in the roof) and when we replace the roof Poulin would pay for the solar panels to be removed and reinstall them. Poulin said they would give us a letter stating this. All I got was an email stating this with no signatures nor on company letterhead. I called Poulin to let them know this is unacceptable and requested that they actually type a letter on company letterhead and physically sign it. I've called countless time for this letter and have never received it. One of the other issues is that our electrical box needed to be upgraded to support the solar panels. This was supposed to happen on the same day as the solar panel installation and that didn't happen. But the bigger problem was that they messed up so many things with our electrical box. We're having our house remodeled and our contractor took a look at it and said things are on a 30 when they should be split into two 15s. One of our bedrooms didn't have a breaker to shut the power off to it and we had to shut off the entire power system to shut off the power to that room. Poulin also didn't patch up the wall when they were done and electrical wires were exposed and everything was mislabeled in the electrical box. I called Poulin since we're still under warranty to fix these electrical issues and they never called back. Thank goodness our contractor was able to fix all these issues.

However, I have a few concerns of *************** of our electrical work that was previously installed. To ensure your warranty has not been voided, I will be sending out my Project Coordinator to do a site inspection to confirm that our work has been correctly done and not altered. I would be happy to provide you an additional letter standing behind our commitment to remove and reinstall the solar array if and when you need to replace the roof.
