Excellent service! I stumbled upon this firm by accident while looking for information about LLC formation. I read several very informative blogs and decided to give it a try. Before starting I even called for a question and they ended up addressing even more issues that I did not think I had. I could not be more satisfied! My LLC has been registered in record time and the communication has always been smooth throughout. They delivered what they promised. I intend to continue to use their services in the future. Highly recommended!

I met online with an L4SB attorney to discuss the best way to structure our LLC and for Trademark advice. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided exceptional guidance. I was so impressed I had them work our LLC and work the Trademark process for us. They were timely with all correspondence and kept me informed throughout the process.
