      My husband came in for an oil change and had a coupon that they sent him in the mail. My husband handed it to the employee and he didn't apply it. Which ended up being $104 My husband trusted them and didn't look at the price and when he got home I was so mad. I came today because they were closed on Sunday and they wouldn't honor the coupon not did they give it back. They always burn me somehow. Don't trust this place, ****** change should not cost $105.

      Due to poor inventory management, I was charged an upsell on oil which cost me an additional $35.00. The consumer is being charged for their poor management!! Not how you run a business. Will not return??

      Aug 10th I went to this location for a normal oil change on my **** Ecosport SUV 82k Miles, drove to *** ** 11th, on the 12th my steering wheel started shaking seconds later the low engine oil came on; my vehicle lost speed, I immediately pulled over, we noticed there was oil dripping we could see the oil steam, I called ********** I explained to them the issue and I was just 9 min away, they said the could come to top off the engine oil but it was going to be a while, my son showed up and had my SUV towed to **** for inspection, now **** is telling me my SUV needs s new motor, maybe ********** over filled the oil, or they didn't tighten the pan correctly causing the oil to leak.

      Went Saturday for an oil change. When I left, I stopped to fill up my car with gas. I noticed my back window had a noticeable scratch and the light was moved. Went back 2 jiffy and told lies by staff and manager. I told them just cuz I'm a female, I'm not stupid. They all laughed at me. So disgusting that guys think they can talk down to a 52 year old single mother. Never cone here again. I've been a customer since 2008. Disgusting company
