    this company is a scam, we handed over 9,000 dollars to get our selves a home for our family, after we signed purchase agreement and handed over the money, the only savings we had, he had ran off and after contacting many times every month he would make excuses about the home being held back do to covid and other things that where not able to to get for the home we had wanted, we reached out to the manufactory that was building our home, they had said that they haven't received any order on the house we had put together, they also had stated that Ricky m***** jr took over the company from his father senor Ricky m***** whom lost his realty licenese due to scamming people.

    **** ****** has taken a check for 32477.03 as of late august last year. He's continuously provided excuses that his supply chain made the manufacture of the new home delayed. I finally reached a representative at ****** ******* and the home hadn't been started, as well as *** ****** doing business without a proper license.

    I need help getting my money back, as well as contacting the appropriate authorities at the state to report him/become involved in any pending legal action.
