      I am highly disappointed in the Community manager at this location. I have been renting an RV space and have given the manager 600 deposit for an RV space and I decided to move into a permanent mobile home and I was told I would have to put 250 dollars down to hold the mobile home so I did that. My contract ended here in *********** so I accepted a job elsewhere as this was not expected, I immediately notified the community manager and her response was she applied my RV space deposit to the mobile home site so she was keeping 850 dollars of my money. I understand the holding fee but why my deposit from my RV space? This kind of greed is why we as Americans have struggles in this time of the endemic and prices have increased everywhere, I was not told that the manager would be taking the money for the mobile home as it was a holding fee, I did not sign a contract of any kind and was not bound to it. I would like this to be looked at as it is not realistic.
