    **************** is awful. We had a heating and air unit put in by Big Bear Mechanical last July 2023 and it was installed wrong and it took almost a week to get it done right. It took them 3 months to get all their equipment in working order to do air duct cleaning. They also installed a recirculating pump in July that still isnt working (Feb ****). Excuse is waiting on parts, bad **********. Would not recommend

    We had a ******** heat pump installed 2 years ago and have had trouble with the heat cycle since it was installed (by TLC). After having 2 HVAC specialists out here to correct a problem with no luck, we contacted Big Bear Mechanical. They sent **** and ****** out and they quickly diagnosed the problem as the incorrect thermostat installed by the original installer. They replaced it and now the heat strip cycles on and off properly by itself and maintains a comfortable temperature (70 deg. F). Apparently, the heat strip had never been wired correctly to turn on at all! I would highly recommend this company and it will definitely be my go-to company in the future.
