During 2023, I attended family counseling with my son as part of parentage (contested custody of a minor child) case in New Mexico. We attended mental health counseling sessions with Sarah Ho, Director and Owner of Mended House Counseling, LLP. We attended several counseling sessions online and in person at one of her Mended House Counseling locations.

On December 5, 2023 and January 20, 2024, Ms. ** sent me two separate emails, from her "*********************" address, in which she confirmed that we were no longer participating in counseling services. I perceived these two emails as confirmation that our counseling sessions were effectively terminated.

On March 29, 2024, Ms. Ho sent me an additional email, in which members of my parentage case -- including our son's guardian ad litem attorney -- were copied. I consider Ms. **** March 29, 2024 communication to be harassment insofar as I do not currently have a counseling relationship or financial relationship with Ms. ** or Mended House Counseling, LLP. I also consider her March 29, 2024 email to be defamatory and libelous insofar as she states false and misleading information about me to members to the legal community in New Mexico.

I am rejecting this response because:

    1. Ms. ** is not a party to any legal matter with Ms. ******* (*******) ***** *****.

    2. Ms. ** does provide any evidence of a current or ongoing therapeutic relationship with Ms. ***** ******* minor child. Moreover, no such contemporary therapeutic relationship exists.

    3. Regardless -- even in the presence of possible a therapeutic relationship --Ms. ** presents no legal or factual basis for her continued harassment of Ms. ***** *****.

Ms. ***** ***** asks that she cease and desist all further communication and retract untrue defamatory statements made to members of the legal community in NM.

    Regards,
