    In 4/2023 we were working with ***** home center to purchase a home. Jacks mobile home BID on our construction project to install our new mobile home on our property in 4/2023 . We closed on the loan in 5/2023 with Jacks Mobile Homes being the contractor to move and install our home. In 6/2023 we were told by Jacks Mobile Home that they weren't able to do the work due to a licensing issue with Bernalillo County, and it will take several weeks for this issue to be resolved. In 7/2023 we asked them if they could do a permanent foundation on our property. They agreed to do the job and asked for $1,000 to be put down as a deposit. ***** stated to us that there is no need for us to put $1,000 down as this was part of the Mortgage Loan and Jacks mobile home needs to return our money. We asked for our money back and Maria stated she would mail it out. We resigned on our loan again in December to adjust for the changes. Jacks mobile home never returned our money nor completed any of the work. We have been asking for the money back since 8/2023. In 12/2023 Jacks mobile home was instructed by ***** to return our money and they would be paid out of the Mortgage loan. In 1/2024 Jacks Mobile Home still was not able to complete the job they BID on in 4/2023. They were not able to do the work. In 1/2024 we had to fire Jacks Mobile Home and get new contractors who had the proper licensing and insurance to complete the job. During this time we got a run around from Jacks mobile home regarding our refund. They kept stating they would not pay us back until ***** paid them, what **** owed them. I expressed we aren't ***** and we need to have are money refunded to us. ***** and Jacks mobile home went back and forth regarding their issue. I continued to ask for our refund with no response. ***** has sent out several checks to Jack Mobile Home to reimburse them. Jacks mobile home has still not refunded us the money and they never started the job. I am asking for help to get our money.
