    A great Company to do business with. Their employees were professional, and got the job done quickly. They were all kind and helpful and a great representative of the company they work for. I have never had a delivery service go as smoothly as this one did and I would recommend them any time..

    If it were possible to leave a less than one star review i would. My experience with ProRelo has been a series of frustrations from beginning to end. My furniture was mishandled and broken by the movers. My calls and voicemails were left unanswered by the front desk, even when I was calling in to make a payment on my storage. I was given misinformation about delivery dates by the owner. Last but not least, my damage claim was denied. I have read other reviews of this company and their situations sound very similar to mine. I found ProRelo to be unprofessional, uncaring of their clients personal property, and completely lacking in customer service. I would highly recommend choosing another moving company to call.

    I see that ProRelo has lots of glowing reviews, mine is not in that category. My experience with this company is limited to CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was asked to help someone who moved to ********* in Sept of 2021 and trusted her lifetime of belongings to this company to ship. About 6 months out she finally got them to deliver HALF of her shipment. Now, over a year out, the other half has come up "missing somewhere". Having spent several weeks with the manager back and forth with phone calls not being returned, phone calls being routed to voicemail or to a line that can't take messages and then finally getting an explanation that the shipment was "found" and then two weeks later, no, the shipment is lost. No apology, no accountability, no follow thru with paperwork to file for reimbursement, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not hire them under any circumstances.
