    TERRIBLY BAD!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!06/12/2025 (Thursday Afternoon) -- I stopped in for oil change on 2005 ****** Titan. AFTER collecting payment, they informed me that they were unable to install a new oil filter because whoever installed the last oil filer put it on wrong and stripped the threading on the trucks oil filter reciever. They said thier new oil filter would only turn on half way, so they had to re-install the old filter which spun on fine because it fit the stripped threads. They advised I go back to wherever I went and had the last oil change done and have them repair the "very difficult" job of repairing my truck. They offered no refund or discount of any kind. I asked, at minimum, for the new oil filter they did not install but charged me for. The first *** said no. A second *** came and gave it to me. They husstled me out as fast as they could with a reciept that states all is good: Oil changed--yes I think it was, oil filter replaced--nope it sure wasnt, wind shield ****** fluid filled--nope they didnt do that either. The following day I drained the oil from the pan and removed my old oil filter they put back on. I inspected the threads on the truck where the oil filter goes and lo and hehold, they were prestein. I attempted to put the new filter they reluctantly gave me on, and sure enough it would only twist on half way before meating resistance. I went to Auto Zone and bought new oil and filter. I test fit the new filter and sure enough, it went on smooth butter. I filled the truck with the new oil--at this point I don't trust anything from these ****, their oil, service, business, ettiquite, looks, ... nada!!! I ran the truck all day in this New Mexico heat and had zero issues. No drips, from the new filter or oil pan. These **** ****!!!!! Ill be contacting corperate for a refund. I dont wanna talk to those jokers ever again.
