    I purchased keto gummies on June 9, 2024, there were two charges on my mastercard for $59.99 and $129.88. I took them for a few weeks and did not see the promised results plus there was a money back guarantee if they did not work. I contacted ********* **** about returning the product for a refund on July 8, 2024. On July 11, 2024 I sent the requested details of what I was shipping and the USPS tracking number for the package. On July 12, 2024 I got a confirmation email that they received my email and that it would take 3-5 days to clear and then provide a refund. I emailed customer support again on August 1, 2024 to check the status of my refund as the tracking stated the package was given to someone on July 17, 2024. August 2, 2024 I was asked for my tracking number again which I provided. Last email was received on August 8, 2024 that they dont have confirmation from their "warehouse" that the package was returned. Its clear that I am getting the run around and I would like my refund of $59.99 and $129.88 immediately.

    Her account was cancelled on July 8th. We are no longer charging her. We cannot process refund w/o having the customer on the line. The customer can call us on the phone to give her a refund.

    As a one-time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund as the customer requested. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.
