    18th July I ordered a white tshirt via their online store. Order #5078
    A black one was sent in error.
    After multiple emails with no reply, I contacted them via their online chat.
    They have refused to send out the correct item, offering a 20% refund.
    They have now ceased all communication and are not responding to online chat or email.
    I sent one further email to try again to resolve it, which was initially answered with some intent to help, but I never heard from them again.
    I would just like the correct item sent out

    We ordered a total of $96.98 of clothing and this company charged us 3 times for a total of $290.94. They do not respond to emails and do not answer their phone. It just rings and tings

    Good afternoon ******** ..the business has never reached back out to us. We cannot get a hold of them. We did dispute it with our credit card company and our credit card company refunded our money.

    This “online company” sent my son some VERY poor quality clothing. Nothing like what is advertised on their website. We have been trying for weeks to return these items for a full refund and no one is helping us. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful! It seems as if they don’t want to give us a refund even though they have an entire “refund policy” on their website. I have emails, message, etc. dating back from where I have contacted them over and over again. I have never had a problem like theirs returning items to a merchant that actually accepts returns!

    Hello, my son is not over 18 years old. He is 13. We ordered these items together. We got the items and they were not the quality we wanted. We just simply wanted to send the items back.
