I paid $280 for lip blushing. I told her that my biggest concern with my lips was my cupids bow area. When we were finished and I looked in the mirror I told her that I wanted more definition in that area. She told me that it would have it once it healed. My lips are healed and I have absolutely no results anywhere on my lips. I took very good care of them. Never experienced any of the scabbing or peeling that was described on the card with instructions. I text message ******* and let her know. She’s never responded or offered to correct her work.

    Business Response

    Date: 01/12/2023

Verbal Response: Consumer did not follow after care directions or wait the time she was to wait before trying to schedule a touch up or contact me. She was instructed she needed to wait a full 30 days, a full skin cycle for healing. She had contacted me within 2 weeks. Really she was not messaging me, but instead she was replying to an appointment reminder app. that she was trying to text me through. She did a bad review and that is when I responded to her. And even that was before the 30 days. She also stated that she had been waiting 2 (two) weeks for a response and it had not even been 2 (two) days. After that she never followed up with me.
