Precision Security, someone working for, or someone working with Precision Security commits grand theft auto, other theft and vandalism.October 9th, 2022, at 11:00pm, a Precision Security notice was placed on a legally parked and well-maintained ***** CRV, parked at a residence in a residents-only parking lot at *******************************, in ***********. The notice was for an expired registration. The warning was affixed to the drivers side window, which was unlit, under a carport and faced a pole, with about 3ft clearance so that it was invisible to anyone but the security employee who put it there. At 7:30AM, it was found someone had vandalized and robbed the vehicle, and removed the catalytic converter with a hacksaw. Either the employee who affixed the warning is the vandal, or is aware of who vandalized and robbed the vehicle. The effect of the security sweep is to identify vulnerable victims. No other cars were vandalized. A complaint was filed with the apartments, and told to seek the security company. The security company uses an answering service to misdirect and reject calls. Many calls are unanswered, 100% of calls go to the answering service, and no calls are returned. The companys website does not allow messages to be sent. The victim was a new mother with a newborn and a child under 2yo, who was cased by Precision Security or its employees or their accomplices. The new mother received a rental replacement vehicle during the repairs on her vehicle. The next night, immediately after receiving the rental vehicle, the same vandal (precision security, its employees or their accomplices) stole the rental vehicle. No other vehicles were vandalized or robbed. Police reports were timely filed for insurance purposes, but did not proceed.Property managers need to be aware that the security companys services make their residents LESS safe. Residents should avoid properties using this security company.
