    I'm buying house at ****** **** ** *********** ** *****. I scheduled a appt for Nov 2, 2023 they called and cancelled.. Rescheduled for Nov 3 2023.. **** ****** showed up 1 hour late.. He then informed me that he didn't have all equipment to do the Camera scope of sewer in order to buy house.. Mr Rooter and **** guarantee that I would get video before Monday.. **** ****** called me on Nov 3 and said it camera scope was done Sent me bill which I pay immediately. He said he attached the video to a email he sent me.. No attachment was attached... I call **** and Mr Rooter to let them know I need the video to prove I had the sewer scoped.. They failed to provide it.. I called Mr. Rooter and left messages no return phone call and no video.. I feel that they didn't do t the scope being they are not able to produce a verified video to me. I have called and left messages on Nov3 Nov4 Nov 6 and Nov 7 2023.. asking to please sent me Video . I will dispute the charges on my credit card.. Please help me resolve this

    Hello, our customer Mrs ***** was emailed the link to the video inspection on 11-3-2023, 11-7-2023, and finally 11-8-2023. We were in communication with her about her concerns. We completely understand the importance of getting the copy of the inspection of the sewer line at her home. The attached image shows first attempt to send the video.

    My dispute is that Mr. Rooter performed poor workmanship in fixing my concrete floor. They left behind globs of concrete and the concrete is now lifting. I have attempted to get 4 different contractors to fix my floor and none of them are willing to take on the work. Repeated attempts to have Mr. Rooter come out and fix the issue have been ignored.

    1. Feb 11, 2022; called Mr. Rooter to fix clogged pipe. Paid $621.22 They recommend replacing the pipe.
    -Feb 16, Mr. Rooter (***) removed the wood floor
    -Feb 17-19, they jacked hammered the concrete, replaced the pipe.
    -Feb 22-23 they filled in with dirt and repoured the concrete. They left globs of concrete on the floor. I paid them $6719.37, per Invoice ******* 
    2. Dec 21, 2022: I called ******* (owner) to tell them that the concrete was lifting. He told us, he would look into it and call us later that night.

    3. January 3 & 6, 2023: I called ******* (owner), no answer, but we left a message asking what he plan to do and to call me to set up a time to look at the floor.

    I was made aware that there was an issue with the concrete when Mrs. ******** contacted me. We spoke, and regrettably I had forgotten about the conversation. It is clearly stated on the invoice that was provided that the work performed did not include concrete restoration. That being said, I would like an opportunity to take a look at this and see if there is a way to remedy the situation.
