    Used the **** service to schedule a time for repair of drainage problem in kitchen. Sent all the information including zip code which designates location. After taking to ********* he stated in would be available at 2:00pm that same day. After waiting past 2 pm he called and couldn't find location. Upon questioning him he asked what city I was in. When I told him that the zip code indicated **********, ** he stated that he hadn't looked that closely and that he only did work in ****. He should never have given me a quote and **** should not have forwarded my request to him. ********************** all around. Will not use again EHT

    Shaq came out same day and unclogged my shower drain very quickly and at the same price he quoted me over the phone. He was very nice and left my bathroom like there was never a problem. Will definitely use Whitehorse again in the future!

    THIS COMPANY HAS NO REGARD FOR PEOPLES TIME. I called this company after seeing their A+ review here. They came out that day to unclog a pipe. They seemed good enough so I scheduled a sewer scope with them. A couple hours after they missed the appointment, I called them, they informed me that they were stuck on another job, and wouldnt be available until the next day. The following day they missed the appointment AGAIN, with no communication. I called them and they apologized and said they were on their way. I was told I needed to replace ***** from my house to the street, and I like to give second chances so I scheduled that appointment for them to replace them. I was told that they could be there at 10 the next morning. I made the appointment. The next day, they missed my appointment AGAIN. I called them at 11:43 to see if they could give me an ETA since someone has to wait at my house for them. They claimed they were on a job and would be there at 4. They again didnt show up. At 6 they text me and said they would be there the following morning at ****. Again they no-showed. I text them and got no response. Another family member called them and they said they would be there after their current job. It is now 7 HOURS after the missed appointment and I still havent seen them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. OR YOUR MONEY.
