  I have been at this apartment complex for 10 years if not longer ,and never have I been late with rent , had any problems with property managers or had any problems signing a lease with the manager until Elevated Management took over the property where I reside and have been a model tenant !!! First of all , I was charged utilities for the unit after Elevated took over , even though my wife ,and myself begged for a lease , which we were continuously denied for about (6 months ) while Elevated continued to charge my wife and myself for utilities illegally according to our lease that expired before we went month to month stating we had utilities paid and was threatened with ******** when I exercised my right to ask for mediation !!! The only reason you are not renewing my lease is because you are retaliating against me for going to the Senior ******************* when I asked for mediation because Elevated kept changing for utilities, giving me excessive utility bills all in one month on numerous occasions to be paid off at one time !!! Not only that but you , Elevated took my entire money and applied it towards the utilities that were supposedly owed to you ,and then made it look like I owed rent , but mind you I never received a lease all this time while you continuously illegally charged me for utilities and ignored my wife , and myself about a new lease allowing this insidious act !!! After finally getting a lease to sign in ***** of 2023 after charging utilities illegally to me for at least 6 months before receiving a new lease my wife and myself have not had a quiet month of peaceful enjoyment since this company Elevated took over !!!! That's the truth and nothing but so help me God !!! Elevated has gotten away with so much that this company thinks they are above the law !!! In closing I just want to say my wife fell in the bathtub here and broke her spine and tailbone and spine is sitting on a nerve and she could go paralyzed and youre making her worse.

  My daughter rented from this firm after they took over management of her apartment building. The prior management companies did a decent job of maintaining the property . Once Elevated took over, they immediately raised the rent on her one-bedroom apt. about 25%. The property began going downhill fast. Maintenance requests were either ignored or disputed. She gave her 30-day notice of intent to vacate her apartment, as she was on a month-to-month. Prior to vacating her apartment, she cleaned it from top to bottom. It was spotless!. She asked for them to walk through the unit. They claimed they would do it the following week. She called them dozens of times, made numerous in-person visits and sent numerous letters over six months. They have NEVER responded to her! By law, landlords are required to return tenant's deposit within 30 days, or else provide a written record of damages that deduct from the deposit. They did neither! It's been almost a year now and still no communication from them. Don't bother sending them a registered letter, as their staff is instructed not to accept them. Most likely, because they are receive so many letters from lawyers! Do yourself a favor and never rent from these dishonest scumbags. If you are already renting from them, don't bother cleaning your apartment, as you'll never see your deposit. Just don't pay your last month's rent. There should be a class action suit against this crooked firm.
