    Not a legitimate business. My entire security deposit was stolen for sweeping and wiping counters after I left. When I tried to recover my deposit, the company retaliated via a woman threatened to *** me for damages that were already present in the unit when I moved in. I had to threaten rent abatement every time I needed something fixed and was mocked by Maintenance when they came to fix my swamp cooler (and weeks with no AC in the middle of Albuquerque summer). Unconscionable that they would treat heir tenants with such disregard and hostility. Eventually I broke the lease and left early. Avoid these slum lords

    You should go check on *********** ne my daughter lived there since 11/1/22 with 3 girls from 8 thru 8 months kept telling them of carbon monoxide coming out of the vents and the Boiler room, she had to open the doors windows because the alarm will go off of the carbon monoxide they never fixed it. She called every time and they would go and they would never find nothing wrong with that.**** new about it and never did nothing the other lady who passed away she was the nicest person **** racist told her about the house having carbon monoxide and to move to another place. She said no that she needed to move out first you should go look at that house and close it down. Carbon monoxide is really bad.
