    Business Response

Responding to the issues in this complaint with the first being the lack of a final inspection. I do apologize, when we had spoken to you after the install of your bath remodel was complete we we told you were extremely happy with the results. Unfortunately on our part we did not schedule a final walk through with you and for that we do apologize as we are a young company and have since learned the value of final inspection for our clients peace of mind and learning where we can get better. Typically our installers are highly skilled and experts in their field as was the installer who did a beautiful job on your bath remodel and they were taking care of the final inspections once completed at that time. The second part of the complaint is an itemized bill. You have a contract that you signed with the scope of work as well as the change order. Both of those you were emailed and had to sign electronically. The change order for that you signed and agreed to was because of your pipes being Cast Iron and had rusted away. Dan and Jason both walked you through what was needed and showed you the pipes and why they needed to be replaced. Honestly that repair usually cost quite a bit more but given your circumstance we were inclined to help you as remodels such as your usually cost more than double what you had paid. Attached is the signed change order with the reason for the cost difference. As for the final issue, the missing soap dish, I have ordered it and once we receive it we will schedule installing it for you. It was originally ordered and send but we are not sure why it was not installed. We would gladly schedule a final inspection for you to address anything else you may have questions about. I hope this answers your questions and concerns and hope you are otherwise enjoying your beautiful new shower. Thank you. **** ******
