    I purchased $200 shoes, they got holes in the tops of them 3MONTHS into wearing them. The company made me spend $15 sending them back and had a professional look at them to tell me they are just fine and they will not be replacing them nor refunding me the $200 they just expect me to wear $200 shoes with holes in them. I am outraged. I see how they are making their money by making horribly made shoes and doing absolutely NOTHING when their shoes break. It is our goal to make the softest, most comfortable, best-fitting shoes in the world. We could use more durable materials, however, it would compromise the comfort of our shoes. The amount of wear you receive from a pair of SAS shoes will vary depending on the conditions they are worn under and how often they are used. We will ship the shoes back to you since they were found non-defective. We want to offer you $25 off and waive the shipping on your next phone order. I cant believe they have stayed in business this long. I am so so so angry. Btw my replacement shoes cost $60 and they have lasted was better and they are from sketchers. And I will be doing anything in my power to let people know how awful this company is. I am disgusted
