      I'm very sorry to have to say that after approximately 8 years of dealing with this company, which redid my whole (flat) roof, I am worn out by having to try to get them to fix issues that have come up. Mostly I was told that it was not their problem but somebody else's. In the final analysis, I have been told by roofing companies that are far more highly rated, that virtually everything was done wrong on my roof. I am going to have to get an entirely new roof at this point. Again, I am sorry to have to give a bad report. I tried to be understanding but the bottom line is I have to start over with a different company.

      Do not under any circumstances use this company. They are horrible at communication and are not honest.My wife and I just purchased a home a few months ago. Our inspector recommended that we have the roof looked at. So we had Enchanted Roofing come out. They sent us an estimate for around $1500 to patch and reseal some areas and said it was just minor repairs. Now that we are settled we called them to schedule the repair. We were told that we would get a call back saying when they would come. 7:30AM the next morning the repair guy is knocking on our door. We never received a call telling us that he was coming. I was over 30 minutes late to work because he just showed up. Then on top of that he spent a total of maybe 5 minutes on the roof just to tell me that I need a new roof completely and that he can patch it like the original estimate said. Thats not honest.We had 3 other companies come out and look and they all said the damage was years worth. Not just a few months and that the original company (Enchanted roofing) should have never even offered to patch the roof but just to re do it.we had the estimator for enchanted roofing come out to tell us how much more it is going to cost us. He spent less than 5 minutes on the roof and was gone. Never said a word to us.Its been 48 hrs and I still do not have an estimate from him.Save yourself some time and headache and go with a different company. I am very un happy with them because now instead of minor repairs we now are looking at a minimum $10,000 repair job. All because they are not capable or honest enough to do inspections and write estimates. They should not be in business anymore.
