      Please, read the reviews on **** before contacting this company! I wish we had. We experienced roof damage during a recent thunderstorm and were referred to Otero Brothers. We had to wait three weeks for someone to come out to estimate the cost of repair. When their **** ******* arrived, he surveyed the damage and said hed provide us with a quote that day as our insurance company was waiting for it. That was the last we heard from *******. Days later, we called the office asking for the quote and were told that ******* would get back to **. Again, no return call. For two weeks thereafter we left messages at the office but received no estimate and no return call. Finally, we contacted the office, explained our situation (again) and asked to speak with the owner. We were told there were two owners and assured that one would get back to us. You can guess the rest no estimate, no return call. Now we must start at square one again with another, hopefully reputable, company. How Otero Brothers stays in business is beyond me. l strongly encourage you not to waste your time with this company, as we did, and look elsewhere for your roof repair.
