The installation crew was very competent and sensitive to our concerns about the process and disruption to our lives the job would entail. This is a first class company we can enthusiastically recommend.

    Premium Roofing repaired my roof after three other companies failed to repair it correctly. Everyone in the company was very professional. They gave a reasonable repair estimate and followed up with a phone call after the first heavy rain. I especially appreciated having a years warranty and how quickly they were able to schedule and complete the repair work.

    Premium Roofing provides the best service. Theyre honest, reliable and showed up when they said they would, They did required repairs and did not try to upscale like every other roofing company. I dont need to replace yet, but this company will be the first I call if I need any roofing service.

    I like that Premium Roofing, LLC listed that they are Licensed, ***************** and their License #****** on their website. Not all roofers do, and I did not contact any who did not have it listed. I needed patch work on a TPO flat roof after gas lines were brought into compliance. Everyone I communicated with from this company was courteous and timely (not the case with other companies I contacted). I communicated with six people in person and/or via text, email, and phone. I appreciate that my appointment was moved up because rain was predicted. The workers were onsite during a small gathering but did not impede at all. All debris was removed. Premium Roofing, LLC were the middle bid, but the only bid to give a one-year warranty on their work. As part of the quote, I received photos of my roof overall and the target repair areas. One other company reviewed the whole roof upon request. However, I told him about one area needing repair. I am not sure if this company reviewed the whole roof as well as Premium because I did not receive an overview on the condition, no images, and time on my roof was noticeably shorter. ************************* did my quote. He is the only person to offer a business card. Old school maybe, but it meant his contact information was easy access. He took time checking the rest of my roof. He gave me a good overview of the condition including the parapet. He found one area that needed patching. I believe TPO roofing should be inspected a minimum of every two years. Premium Roofing, LLC do offer inspections upon request.

    Premium Roofing LLC provided excellent service. They were very professional and courteous, and easy to communicate with, always returning calls quickly. Getting a new roof is a huge investment, so it nice to know that you can trust the company. I am so glad I found these guys!
