    I called this company to fix a leak in my roof. I was in panic mode because of the leak and it was supposed to rain that day. On a whim I called and ********** answered. He explained that he was already getting calls so it might be hard to get to me. I pleaded my case and to my surprise, he responded to my needs and decided to show up himself. He got me in early and showed up on time. *** was very professional as he climbed my roof and took pictures and then very politely explained in detail what was needed. I agreed to the job and he went up and worked till he finished the job. He took pictures and showed me the work and explained again what he had done. He also emphasized that if it didn't hold or leaked to just call him and he would come back and fix the problem. He called me later that evening and asked me if it had rained cuz he wanted to check on his work. I was so grateful that I made True Reliable my first call that day because it was blessing.I would definitely use them again and would recommend this company. This is an easy 5 Star review from me.
