    I ordered the Basic Package and paid extra for the 1-3 day delivery.
    (That was Oct 6. Today is Nov 5)

    I contacted the company and explained I never received the package.

    It was explained to me;
    1. I can pay additional and have a new package sent.

    2. I can receive a partial refund of the total I was charged.

    This does NOT make sense as there website clearly says;
    “100% Guarantee”.
    And
    “If we cannot rectify any issues, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.”

    Dear ******,

    We have tried to accommodate you from our initial phone call when you stated "porch pirates are rampant in your neighborhood" we provided you with a free digital version ($35) of Bubba Lynx registration at no charge. Your package was shipped and delivered to the address you provided. USPS Priority Mail, the service you chose is not an expedited service and is NOT guaranteed as per USPS policy. Only USPS express is a guaranteed service, and you did not select this option. As we do not charge any fee for rushing our end of the process (package was shipped within 2 days) you were only charged $9.43 for delivery, and this was through a poral linked to USPS. This provides you with up-to-date pricing and an estimated delivery. Express Shipping to your address would have been $54.87. Even though tracking showed as delivered and the Post Office concurred, we still offered to provide you with an additional package at no charge if shipping fees were covered or, a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping amount. This is industry standard and stated clearly on our home page under Shipping Options *Shipping Charges Non-Refundable. We are dedicated to providing an exemplary service and would appreciate any feedback concerning how this situation might have been handled differently for a more favorable outcome.
