    Early part of 2017, took them 6 month later to get the solar panel going. Our electric bill never came down, spoke to people that has bought solar panel said their electric bill are like $7 to $12 month. We are paying way too much for something that doesn't help us on our bill. We bought solar panel for $22,000.00 and for the past 3 yrs and counting we still paid $2,496.55 to **** and still paying. Our solar panel is what money we are throwing away. And still having not up to service, still parts on order forever ago. It does not work!

    *** ****** contacted us back in July of this year.  Her System has been installed since 2018 and have confirmation that he system was working when we installed it.  

    We sent out a tech on July 15th 2022.  At this time we contracted support and they informed us that a firm ware would need to be updated. 

    Employee Log "Spoke with solar angel again regarding this system. Was told that inverter cpu needs to be updated for them to be able to do anything. They gave me this link for a reference on how to get this accomplished

    We ordered the part and went back out to install on July 21st 2022.  At this time we installed the part but were informed by ********* this part was not compatible with the inverter they had.  So we had to order a different part that was on back order.

    August 5th 2022 - Employee Log: "After talking to solar edge customer service he informed us that the cellular plug-in that we have is incompatible with that inverter. We need to order the correct cellular plugin"

    We are still waiting on this time to be shipped they have recently contacted us and told us that the shipping date was pushed back to November 25th  We have been in contact with the customer and informed her that we can not move forward on finding a solution to the issue with her system until we can communicate remotely with her inverter.  This means establishing an internet connection.  As she will not get internet service to her home we need to establish our own cellular connection. The material we are waiting on this allow us to do this.  

    We are sorry for the delay but we are doing all we can to rectify the issue.  Our industry is not except from the current economic impacts and long lead times. If the customer wants the issue to be resolved quicker I would suggest she establishes an internet connection at her home.

    As to the point of the OE solar to pay for her system being down this is clearly outlined in our warranty that we do not pay fees associated with the system being down.

    I have attached that warranty for your convenience.

    We will continue to work through the issue as quickly as we can.
