  Thought I can trust this company considering that we are a military family and thats why I chose them because its a veteran owned company. I had them work on our air conditioner last summer for their special tuneup. He never replaced my filter left it without a filter. Having it worked on now and it looks like he wired my compressor wrong on my unit. Completely disappointed

  This company is overpriced and overbooked because when one has an issue with the equipment, they are (most likely) a week out from looking into your problem(s). So when your Air conditioner (HVAC) fails ( and it will) they expect you to sleep in 73 degree heat inside your home. I think that they dont have enough technician to service your system in a timely manner. I drive for a living and I cant drive a tractor trailer while Im sleepy, it puts too many people at risk. Oh, they dont offer a solution but hope that one will just shut up and wait for their appointment. This is 6 days and nights of not sleeping well, how do you think that I will function at work?

  This is absolutely the worst company! They upsold my elderly parents (dad has dementia) fora 5k furnace and charged them over 13k! I have gotten $ quotes from other companies who say your parents were taken advantage of by 5-7k. We have left messages for over a month and like many of these other complaints state, we have not received 1 call back. They also put in a water heater around the same time for a total of 20k! My parents live off of social security and can't afford this. We have been trying to discuss with them since we are not disputing the entire charges, but they simply won't return our calls.

  This company is the worst. Hiding behind being veteran owned business, their customer service and communication is *******. They take your money. and then claim that they will refund half of the quoted deposit, but I doubt it. Im reasonably certain I will need to sue these con artists. They paid for a coupon insert into a packet for new ABQ residents. Why? Because people whove been here awhile would never hire them. Just look at their reviews on **** and Yelp: terrible. They should never be members of the BBB. They should not be in business in this community!

  My sewer line to my house was backed up so I called Strong Built. They came out and worked on the issue but they needed another equipment. Things still were leaking so they said theyd come another day between 8-12pm. They never showed up, we called and made another appointment. They again didnt show up. So we called and finally the supervisor came over and apologized for the inconvenience and said wed charge $400 and wouldnt charge for any other additional costs. We shook hands and made another appointment and again they didnt show or call to let us know. So we finally had to call *** to help us and they fixed it right away.

  This company is falsely advertising services to *******. I have a screen capture of their website taken today (August 14, 2024) which shows that they provide services to *******. In mid-July our Trane whole house heating / cooling unit was no longer blowing cold air and I attempted to contact Strongbuilt having seeing their advertising on TV and wanting to support a veteran owned business (I am a veteran and my wife is a disabled veteran). I looked at their website which said that ******* was in their service area. Called the number, left my name and number. I went out to get a couple of fans to help cool the house in the meantime, and when I returned home my wife said that Strongbuilt had called back stating that they only provide service to Albuquerque zip code are (871xx). I did manage to find someone local to come take a look at the unit and top off the freon and it's been working fine since.The next day I did contact Strongbuilt via their online form expressing my displeasure at their false advertising. Gave them my contact information and they never replied, which after reading some of the reviews and comments, I'm not surprised at all. I would like to give them zero stars, but have to give a rating, so one star.

  Continually cancels my appointments. When I make an appointment, they do not bring the correct ladder for my two-story home, when I specifically ask them to put in my notes.I have continually tried to call, they are on another line and to please leave my number....I've yet to receive a call back after two weeks.

  The manager and an employee never return my calls. Their prices are outrageous. The work is not complete! I wish i had known about the other complaints. A lot of other plumbing companies to choose from. Wont call them anymore with their attitude toward their customers.

  In August we called Strongbuilt to come and turn on our fathers heater for the cold weather. They scheduled it for October 17th. My brother called and asked what time they were going to be there. They said because it was maintenance they couldnt come over, they were only doing emergencies! My father is a 92 year old Korean veteran and they still said they couldnt come over! This company is terrible not only to the public but especially to veterans!!!
