      There is an audio system throughout my house. The original stereo system and CD disc player were purchased from Two Guys and Some Wire years ago. Many years later, I also had them resolve issues when a volume controller in one of the rooms went out. Work was performed satisfactorily. Fast forward to last year- another volume controller went out. Because of some minor rewiring performed by another entity, the technician, Michael, determined to fully diagnose the problem, he would need to rewire the system first. This was done; it was determined the volume controller needed replacement. Work was performed on 09/17/24 at a cost of $404.53. Within days, the sound volume was not sufficient in area where the new volume controller was installed on 09/17/24 .In addition yet another room now had low sound volume as well. I called and spoke to Cecil (the owner) on the matter. I was told that different parts in a system could cause issues and best to install all of the sane volume controllers in all rooms. Also was told to install a new ‘impedance speaker selector’ unit. There was some back and forth on cost of getting the work done but agreement was worked out. On 09/25/24, this additional work was performed at a cost of $242:72 and all seemed to be working. Several weeks later, elected to use the CD player. Discovered the set volume for the receiver and CD disc player were completely different. Listening to music from the stereo system set at a reasonable level was blaring with the CD player (filled with static/distortion). This was never the case before. Even lowering the volume on the CD disc player did not eliminate the bad sound quality. Was not sure if the stereo system was not set up properly or what. Called Cecil on the matter. He asked if Michael had played the CD player after he had worked on the system and the answer was ‘no.’ Cecil said he would get back with me. Cecil has never called me back in 3 months despite my left messages- does not pick up my calls.

      I hired Cecil W*** of Two Guys and Some Wire to provide the video and sound system, internet/ethernet wiring, Frame TV, all audio/video equipment components, Frame TV, surround sound system, and additional in-ceiling speakers, video doorbell, security surveillance equipment to include remote monitoring and 5 cameras. This was for a new house where wiring, etc. was done during construction. This work cost more than $25K. He was paid for all the work. The systems had numerous issues and he fixed the issues initially. I have been trying to get in touch with him since October 3, 2022. He will not answer my phone calls. He will not answer my texts. My builder and two of his representatives have tried to call him and doesn't respond to them, either. He has locked down my entire system and I cannot work on it because he has administrative controls/passwords on all the devices and I cannot even add users to my doorbell chime on the phone. The equipment cabinet is locked and I cannot get any of the systems serviced by anyone else but him, yet he will not respond. On August 5, 2023, I asked that he send me the key to my cabinet, the equipment user manuals, the passwords and all information that I need to service my equipment. Again, no response and no response to the builder representative who called him. Today, my security system is no longer showing the live video on my phone. I don't know if he turned it off or if the system needs repair. There is no reason whatsoever for this man to be ignoring my calls and texts. Several of my neighbors also used his services when their homes were built and they told me he stopped responding to them, too. I have paid for a system that I cannot service. If he does not give me the information and access that I need, then I want my money returned. I plan to take further legal action if this is not resolved quickly.

      Business finally called me back and he came and resolved the issues.
