    In late April I filed my taxes with ******* ***** and I haven't received a refund yet. I've been attempting to get in touch with the company for a long time with no success. I paid 250 for the service and the IRS app shows they haven't received my taxes. I don't know what to do. I need some assistance.

    This company provided us with our income tax preparation for year 2023. We paid $250.00 for their service. We are to receive money back from Federal and State. We have been in contact with this business to submit our Federal and State tax return since March 2024 to no avail. The name of the person who prepared our taxes Is *******. I don’t have a last name. We have constantly been contacting them.

    My taxes were filed on 03/29/2024 with Barbara L****. Attempts were made to contact the business after not receiving my returns. The numbers to the business were called but they are no long in service. Visits were made to the business and they have been closed. No attempts have been successful. After a last attempt to visit the location, an employee of a different business within the building stated multiple people have gone by and have had no luck contacting the business. She stated she was told the business had filed extensions on all of their clients' without permission. as of 06/19/2024, attempts to contact the business have been unsuccessful and no taxes are visible on the IRS website. A total of $125 was paid to the business. I would like the return of that money and contact from the business confirming taxes were filed for 2023.

    I visited TNT Financial Services located at 3150 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Phone# ###-###-#### on March 29, 2024, to file my 2023 taxes. My preparer's name is Barbara A. L****. I paid $223 to file my taxes electronically. After my six-week period I decided to check "Where's my refund" under the IRS page and there were no results shown. So I decided to contact Barbara by calls and text messages to her cell phone #. She provided such information to me, with no responses. Her cell phone # is now disconnected. Then I decided to call the office to the above phone#. I have been leaving messages to her and Ray V********* (the owner) but no one has called me back. Therefore, I decided to come by the office but they are always closed with a sign saying to call the office and their schedule 11:00-3:00 (but they are not there). I have visited the office multiple times and at different times throughout the day to see if I can catch anyone there. Every time I go, I find someone looking to speak with someone there too in reference to a similar situation. I decided to stop one more time today 6/11/24 and knocked at the door, no one responded. I went to an office next door and the lady said she has not really seen anyone there but said that TNT had filed extensions for all their clients, and they have till September to file our taxes. I am not sure if this is true, but I never asked for this request. She took my name and phone to give them a message for me. When I was walking out, there was another lady knocking at the door and a lady open the door slightly asking her if she had an appointment. The lady told her no and she said we had to call for an appointment. I then told her I personally, had been calling but no one was returning my calls. The other lady told her the same. The lady at the door said nothing she could do because she was instructed to only take messages and closed the door on us. Their email is *************************. ***** *********
