  Buying process was easy when it came down to repair 4 fuel injectors service department was busy two weeks out. I was told the registration to vechicle would be ready in 30 days that didn't happen because vehicle was not current on emissions I took it for emissions it failed went back to dealership was told again service **** was backed up I was then given a drive out sticker for another 30 days car dealership are to have emissions up to date before sale of vehicle in nm which right way auto sales failed to do they put another drive out sticker on vehicle at that point I'm frustrated I wanted refund on 1500 I had put down on viechcle this dealer ship cares only about commission after that your on your own car was taken back to dealership i had 2 money orders in glove box for ****************************************************************** get a call when i eas able to get belongings never got a call went back to dealership was told that nothing was found in glove box I had just purchased money orders they are thiefs girl at payment window is rude sales person is fake she cares only about comision police report was made as far as them selling the viechle with out emissions is against the law very dishonest people i reported dealership to attorney general and I have attorney working on getting money back on the lemon they sold me rate them zero stars if I could

  I purchased a 2015 **** Escape Titanium SUV not even a year ago (October 2022) and it has been giving me problems since then. During the first month the vehicle had coolant issues like the tank tubing and radiator. And a few weeks after the Flywheel. Then a few weeks after the transmission went out and the now after 2 weeks after that was fixed Im having more issues. Now I believe its the flywheel, the fuel pump and A/C compressor. I spoke with ******, the person that sold me vehicle, about these issues and also to ******, the sales manager. ****** stated they couldnt due anything until I had 2 years and ****** was inventing lies about the situation stated I had so many mileages in which I believe I havent and by law for warranty its ***** in which I havent reached. second he threaten me that he was going to call service to give me the car back and not fix anything just because I stated that I was going to talk with a laywer and better business and this situation with them. I just cant understand if services were always done and I was always ontime on payments and i would always pay alittle extra. All I ask for a reliable vehicle thats going to last and not give me problems. In which it has Escapes have there defects and you can ask any mechanic. I would like a vehicle where I dont have to miss work all the time to get it fixed and I also dont want to be putting more money into it then its worth.

  Right way is definitely the right place to go, the staff is very kind and genuinely cares about helping their customers... They have a great vehicle *************** all their vehicles come with a warranty, they stand behind their product. I'm very happy I did business with them and no one else. I would ********* my friends and family to them. Thank you Right Way!

  I have been dealing with this business since it was Nice Cars. I have been leasing from this place since 2013 and every time my car is about to be paid off there is something major that goes wrong with my vehicle! I have had this 2013 Chrysler 200 for about 2 years now. This past year i have put in over ******** of repairs and the car is only worth ********, and they still want about ******** for the payoff. I think this is very unfair and a wrong way to run a business!!!!
