      I had purchased a ***** vacuum from ****** ******* on Nov the 7th 2023 when I was recovering from the last round of my cancer treatments, and on Nov the 8th when he came back to the house I told him I wanted to return it. He then started pressure tactics on me telling me "You bought it, I won't take it back" and raising his voice talking over me, I told him I wasn't feeling well and he continued on and on until he was asked to just leave. He then got aggressive and wouldn't leave and started filming inside the house which is illegal as far as I know. I was about to call the police until he finally stopped and took his vacuum back, but almost 3 months later he will not refund any of my money. I'd like it if he would just return what he owes me so I don't have to to court as I am 75 years old and on disability, but I will file if he doesn't refund my money. I've never seen a business run so unethically in my life!

      On 7/11/2023 I purchased a ***** vacuum from *** *******, a registered agent of JE Enterprises, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The purchase was made while I was under prescribed medications and unable to make an informed decision. The following day I contacted ***** customer service to request a refund. I was told that *** has a history of taking a long time to refund his customers, but that a case will be opened and that I should receive a refund within a 10 days. I have contacted ***** numerous times and been told to "give it some more time." Today is 9/18/2023 and still no contact from *** *******, and no refund.
