      Do you like waiting all day for the Cable guy? That's the experience I got when I hired Builders Source to install appliances, which I bought from them. This company demands full payment before scheduling the installation date. Then I was left to the whim of the company as to when they wanted to show up. They wouldn't tell me, beforehand, a time that they would arrive. I couldn't make any other plans for the scheduled date. On the morning of that date, they texted me, informing me of the "window" of time they would be showing up that day; a FOUR hour window. And then they didn't show up during that window! Installation is a two or three day process. They did this to me again, the next time an installation day was scheduled! What's the point of their scheduling window? Builders Source's scheduling is set up for THEIR convenience, with NO regard for the customer and binding up my whole day.

      I am so upset about a washer and dryer that was purchased . It no longer works and you cat get anyone to fix it . It is a Frigidaire stackable and it is a piece of junk. They keep giving my Mother the run around and she got an extra 2 year warranty. Still they don't fix it . The insurance companies keep blaming each other. My Mother is 79 and is very upset. They wont even come and pick up the piece of c*** that is making her kitchen smell because they left water in it and door wont open!
