      I am seeking $340.40 that was double paid to Star Audio. Back on August 19, 2024, I had an alarm installed in my truck. Things did not work well so a dispute was issued. On August 19, 2024, my bank refunded $334.40 to my credit card. On November 20, 2024, the issue was resolved. I was asked to pay $334.40 before i could take my truck out. I informed the owner the dispute committee would close the dispute, and the money would be returned to Star Audio. I paid the money to get my truck out. My bank statement showed the 1st payment of $340.40 August 19, 2024, the dispute money was put back to my account -$340.40 on August 19, 2024., the 2nd payment made to Star Audio $340.40 November 20, 2024, and the returned amount of $340.40 on December 9, 2024, that was e-transferred from the dispute committee to Star Audio bank. I have proofed all of this to owner Jenelle, she refuses to accept the outcome. Since November i have been trying to retrieve my money. My end of the monies is correct and have tried to work with her and not getting anywhere. I am asking BBB to help me resolve this.
