    I had an appointment to get a tint visor put on my windshield. The windshield was 1 week old. I explained to the owner that to tint around the rearview mirror and not take it off. He did totally did the opposite took my truck to the back came up front with a mirror in his hand. He had totally taken the mirror off of the windshield without using proper tools. I asked him to show me the tools he used, and he refused and got angry. He refused to fix my mirror and to do any service to my vehicle. He then went to the back closed the doors and was going to pull my vehicle up to the front and took a very long time so I proceeded to go to the back of the shop where he was pulling my truck out he then closed the garage door on my back and came out the side door, which he was cussing and flipped off myself and my underage son, and proceeded to argue and cuss with me and got in my face. Then he proceeded inside and locked all doors left me with a broken mirror on a brand new windshield and no tint job completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced very unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE FOR TINT!!!!

    My husband missed his appointment on 7/22 in the morning because I got COVID and he is caring for me as best as he can. He called in the afternoon to apologize and try to reschedule when someone answered the phone and quite LITERALLY told him, "F*CK off and F*CK you" then hung up on him.He called back to speak with a manager to explain the poor customer service. My husband and I have had 3 ********** Passats tinted here, a Mini ******, a ********** GTI, a ***** Pilot, and a **** F250. Everytime we get a new car, we were loyal customers and came back.He got the "run around" about 2 times with employees telling him to call back because the manager was unavailable. The third time he called, the store just didn't answer, so he left a message explaining the situation. When he didn't get a call back, he figured he'd check to see if the manager was available at that time so he can have an adult like conversation and explain the situation. Keep in mind, we've been loyal customers for YEARS. My husband wasn't outraged or even mad, he just thought this small business *** have had an employee that was having a bad day, and wanted to speak to someone that *** be familiar with him and could assist in helping him schedule a new appointment for our new vehicle.The OWNER answered the phone and sounded like a reasonable individual initially. He told my husband Friday is their busiest day, so my husband tried to avoid the shop losing potential business & suggested Thursday to reschedule instead; just figured he'd come in on a slower day. This is when the owner completely lost his mind. He LITERALLY started yelling at my husband saying "you're the one who left this long a** message". He started cussing him out, called him a homophobic slur like f*g, and a p*ssy. Once the owner's meltdown finished, he told my husband not to come back. And we plan on doing exactly that.
