    Window World came out to install all new windows on 12/18/25.. That have yet to finish the project. We are still awaiting 1 bathroom window that they ordered wrong and they are unable to get us a date it will be here. We have re-peatedly ask they fix the trim, which is not installed uniform and looks like crap.. We had a rain on 2/14/25 and many of the windows, mostly the living room window poured water into our brand new home and caused water damage to the sheetrock. When they came out he said he could not fix it at this time and would call us on Monday to get someone out to fix and left. STill have not received a return call, after repeatedly tried to contact the GM - ***** I believe with no contact, keep leaving messages, but still no return call. Guess they could care less that my windows are leaking and ruining my new home

    certainly understands your frustration in this situation and apologizes for any
    inconvenience. We are still actively working with our manufacturer to resolve
    the issues at hand. We have had the manufacturer representative fly out to
    inspect the windows and provide us with instructions to address the issues. We
    continue to work with the manufacturer to receive products in a timely manner,
    however; we cannot control manufacturer and supply chain issues that may have
    affected the quality of product.

    ***** went out on February 20, 2025
    to inspect the project and agreed to replace all of the custom trim around
    windows after new material is ordered and received. The bathroom window sash
    was replaced and applied sealant to windows to prevent leaks until material
    arrives to replace custom window trim.

    On February 24, 2025 ***** visited
    with the manufacturer representative and determined what replacement components
    needed to be ordered and advised the home owner this will take approximately 6
    weeks to receive due to the product having an extended lead time due to color.

    Window World of
    Albuquerque will call to schedule an appointment as soon as the custom trim
    material arrives to have this corrected. We will also call to install the replacement
    window components upon arrival.

    Window World of
    Albuquerque is currently and will continue to work with the manufacturer to
    resolve these issues.
