      I used this company to replace a broken windshield. When I picked up my car, I noticed that they had broken the windshield cowl. They would take no responsibility for this. I asked to speak with the owner and was told he was not there. I asked that the owner call me about this issue and I have not heard from them. The receptionist said that sometimes things break and they are not responsible. It was obvious by the way that they re-intalled the cowl that they were trying to hide the fact that they broke it. It will cost me over $200 just for the part, and then additional to have it installed if I cannot do the work myself.

      I used A.S.A.P Glass LLC 1720 Eubank Blvd NE Albuquerque New Mexico 87112 Location’s mobile service to replace both my front and rear windshields. The technician who installed the windshields told me if I have any concerns to bring in my receipt. I noticed my rear passenger door seal had been damaged, and the panels close to both windshield we loose and hanging off. There was also the adhesive they use to set the windshields bulging out of the panel. I visited the Eubank location with my concerns and was sent to the 110 Altez St SE Suite A Albuquerque New Mexico 87123 location for the repairs. This time I inspected the car and told them the repairs were unacceptable and asked to speak to the owner. The receptionist in the front refused to give me his contact info. I then headed back to the Eubank location where the owner was. I took him to the car to show the repairs which he denied his employees tried to repair. He then reached into the open rear passenger door and removed the repair his employees made and ripped my lower door frame plate and threw it into the back and told me to leave.
