      I personally wouldn't recommend them after todays experience. Absolutely ridiculous they cancelled my transportation the same day then cancelled at the last minute, always trying to pick me up 1-2 hours early then leaving me at my appointments 2-3 hours later then having to ride around to pick up several people along the way it's absolutely ridiculous. Better off getting milage reimbursement than trying to use the transportation services.Have had difficult time trying to get picked up, I understand their is a shortage of drivers, it's often rather difficult trying to get picked up on occasions from your appointments without having to wait an extended amount of time to be picked up.. Always appreciate the service transportation however the system program they use for experiencig a shortage of drivers is a little difficult on occasions especially with them having to transport multiple clients on the same trip or time then resulting in it effecting being picked up at the correct times from your appointments. Good vehicle's good drivers just makes it difficult having limited availability of drivers, hopefully the issue improves soon.I've also had the same situation then they don't show up unfortunately cancelling the same day causing you to have to drive yourself get milage reimbursement or finding a more reliable service like secure transportation, at all costs try staying away from this transportation services. If it's not one thing it's a half dozen picking you up extremely early whenever their is only supposed to be a 15min difference it turns into 1-2 hours early taking you to your appointments or picking you up extremely late sometimes then driving you around to wait for others at facilities 1-2 hour's that never shows up then getting you home several hours later than your scheduled appointment time it's really gotten ridiculous. I definitely wouldn't recommend this nightmare before Christmas to absolutely anyone unless it's your only choice pulling teeth.
