  I have used this company for years. I no longer can recommend this company. The last two times they did my fall/spring inspections I had to have further service. This spring when the heating/cooling package unit wasn't cooling the technician submitted a proposal of over $1200 for repairs. The tech and the company refused to submit the diagnoses and proposal to my warranty company, so I had **** **** ********** come. The **** **** technician had only to hook up the wiring correctly and the unit works fine. A similar thing happened last fall. Either this company's employees are incompetent or committing fraud. When I complained to the management, I did get my money refunded for both the annual inspections and the diagnostic visit. Use this company at your own risk!

  This the 4th Air Condition Company I have dealt with in ** ***** ** and this the first company that I was very impressed with their service and the Technicians, especially Shaun Jones. He is very professional, friendly and knew how to fix our air condition. Plus the staff when you call is very friendly; Kudos to the Air Conditioning Company and to all the staff.

  I can only speak the truth. I called looking to fully convert. A salesman quickly came out to provide me with info I was looking for along with ideas and of course an estimate. After making a decision, I called to let them know I would have chose them if a few things were adjusted. When the salesman left, he was happy he got the sale and I was convinced the my money was in the right hands. A few days later, they were here to do the job and that it wouldn't be long without electricity. An upgrade to be able to handle the power required by the unit.My first concern was when the unit was being installed by unprofessional employees. One was video chatting with throughout the installation. The other was his "go for" friend. After a 8+ hr. day for the install, the ******* arrives to inspect and collect final payment. Rushed and running to get to his next house before dark. The bill was finalized.Well, the website shows you a pretty picture. Reality: Untucked, some without uniforms, carpooling from site to site in vehicles that look third-hand. These are my opinions from this point.Sweet talking salesman, attractive website with notable images of service, quality and certifications on display to convinced ME that I making a sound investment.I regret it terribly and would rather spend the day in this heat with you than recommend this company. This feeling is disgusting!They have been here three times since March. Given the opportunity to correct wrongs, and convincing THEM that it's only been 3 mothns and should not be charged. Again, only this time more obvious, the person in uniform was "certified and uniform" was receiving directions from his assistant who was twice his age, in a tank top. Very kind man who stayed behind while ******* and certified employee left to another site.Still with me? I'm still waiting for ******* or salesman to call back. I've called the office twice to remind them."POOF" That's the sound of my money, salesman and trust.

  I hired the Air Conditioning Co. and they did what they are supposed to do - get the air conditioner running! The job was done without any problems. As for their advertising of their company - I love it. If anyone can get the job completed - this is the company to do it!

  I scheduled an appointment for winter maintenance for my furnace for my newly built home. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional at first. He turned on the heat, and it turned on with no problems, however when he went into the attic to service the furnace, the heat turned off. He said that there was a problem with the furnace. I told him that the furnace is under warranty and not to do anything to it. He wanted to charge me for the maintenance package of $240.00 along with a diagnostic fee of $129.68. The proposal to fix the issue which is claimed to be a toggle switch would cost another $188.85. It turns out that there was nothing wrong with the furnace. It seems that the technician, while in the attic, had turned off the switch for the burner. My brother just turned the switch back on and the heater is working with no issues. I did not pay for the maintenance, due to the fact that the technician said he couldn't perform maintenance on the nonfunctioning furnace. I ended up paying $129.68 for a diagnostic that really never needed to be done. Also, when I called to make the appointment, I was quoted a price for the special at $209.00 and the technician stated that the girls in the office don't really know the prices and that I needed to ask to speak with the technician assigned to my address. I have owned homes for over 20 years, and I have had many yearly maintenance performed on my homes and I never had to ask to speak to a technician to receive an accurate quote. This is just another example of a company attempting to take advantage of a senior citizen.I do not trust this company, and I will never call them for any type of service.
