    On or about April of 2024 I contacted the business and scheduled a telehealth appointment with nurse practitioner ********* ******** **** to see if I was a good candidate for her semiglutide weight loss program, telehealth appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. ******** **** requested a copy of my latest blood work, $50 for this appointment, provided consents via email to be signed and returned via her website (I can't locate her website that has all my information anymore). I did as she requested. I immediately started weight loss program and ended it September or August of same year with nothing but weight gain. ******** **** understood that I had thyroid issues, menopause, vulnerable as I am desperate to lose weight and she took advantage of me. I paid her approximately $1500 and no weight loss as she promised. I contacted her yesterday via telephone and requested a refund and she stated "ok sure, do you want me to send it to the method of payment you use with us?" I responded yes, thanked her and we hung up. Approximately 5 minutes later she contacted me back and stated "Ms. ******, you signed the consents so I will not be refunding you." I was shocked that she changed her mind after agreeing to refund me my money. I then went to her facebook page and provided my experience, that she took my money and basically did nothing for me. ******** **** prys on the vulnerable to make money. I gained weight, I followed the diet for approximately 3 months of the time I was on it. She promised I would lose the 20 pounds I was looking to lose by June in a telehealth, would tell me to be patient. We need to stop practitioners like her who take advantage of the vulnerable.

We in no shape or form provide any guarantee with any of our services, as there are multiple variables that come into place when obtaining a desired result. We do provide consents at the beginning of treatment for patients to review and know policies and procedures, as well as expectations when voluntarily going under our care. We will refund your money entirely. Our office will be in contact with you.
